The Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Croatia is implementing a project “Emphasis on developing and upgrading of competences for academic teaching (Educa-T)”, which is co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme – Key Action KA3 – Support to the implementation of EHEA reforms.
The Educa-T project is focused on improving the quality of teaching and learning in Croatian higher education. The project activities are designed to have an impact on academics, higher education institutions and national higher education policies. The project will provide opportunities for raising awareness about the importance of high quality teaching and learning in higher education and for exchanging views and best practices at national and international levels.
The Ministry is preparing a PLA on two topics: assessment of learning outcomes and educating the educators. The PLA will take place on 11 and 12 May 2017 in Rijeka (Croatia), on the premises of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Rijeka.
There is no participation fee for the PLA but there is a limited number of places. Participants will need to cover their own travel and accommodation costs. Refreshments and lunch will be provided by the organiser.
